This policy describes how information is handled when you use the WordWizard Android game and the BingleGaming website.

Information you choose to provide

WordWizard offers an optional in-game feedback form. When you submit feedback, we receive your selected category, message, and any email address you voluntarily provide. The app also sends diagnostic context with your report, which may include the app version, Android version, device model, and current game level. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in feedback.

Feedback delivery and technical data

Feedback is transmitted over HTTPS to a Cloudflare Worker operated for BingleGaming, then forwarded by email to our support inbox. Cloudflare may process connection information, such as IP addresses, for security, delivery, and rate limiting. The feedback service limits repeated submissions to reduce abuse.

Google Play services and purchases

WordWizard supports optional Google Play Games features such as leaderboards and achievements. If you use these features, Google processes relevant account and gameplay information under Google's own terms and privacy policy. Full-game purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. BingleGaming does not request your payment card number through WordWizard.

Local game data

WordWizard stores game progress and preferences on your device to support gameplay and resuming a game. Removing the app or clearing its storage may remove locally saved progress. Some Google Play features may use Google-managed data independently of local game storage.

Website data

The BingleGaming website is a static informational site. It does not require an account and does not include advertising or a contact form. Our hosting provider may process standard technical request information needed to serve and protect the site.

How information is used

We use submitted feedback and diagnostics to investigate bugs, respond to requests when contact information is provided, improve WordWizard, and protect the feedback service from abuse. We do not sell feedback information to advertisers.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides website hosting and feedback delivery infrastructure. Google provides Google Play distribution, billing, and optional Play Games services. Information processed by these providers is subject to their applicable privacy practices.

Retention and deletion

Feedback messages are retained only as needed for support, troubleshooting, security, and legitimate recordkeeping. You may request deletion of identifiable feedback you submitted by emailing support@binglegaming.com. Please include enough detail to help us locate your report; we may be unable to identify an anonymous report. Information may remain temporarily in provider systems or backups according to their retention practices.

Children's privacy

WordWizard is a general word game. The feedback form is optional, and players should avoid submitting personal information about children. Parents or guardians may contact us about a child's submitted information.

Security

We use HTTPS for feedback transmission and rely on established service providers for hosting, email delivery, and Google Play transactions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the game or its services change. The effective date at the top will be updated when revisions are made.
